CARRIER GUIDANCE AND TRAINING

Program Overview:

The ACMS Flagship Program is a one-year program designed for full-time high-level counselors and teachers. It is offered at no cost and is structured into four distinct one-week modules, delivered in-person at designated locations over the course of a year. The program includes self-study materials and video conference sessions.

The curriculum includes planned lectures by industry faculty, interactive class discussions, case studies, project work in collaboration with fellow attendees, and networking opportunities. Participants are assessed based on their online assignments, project work, and the submission of a capstone project report. The program aims to have a global impact by improving career and college counseling practices among students and high school career counselors.

Learning Outcomes for Participants:
Participants are empowered to enhance career and college counseling practices in college through the Counseling Laboratory and access to a community of educators.
Participants are equipped with career counseling strategies, techniques, resources, and tools to work effectively with students and parents.

Career Development Cell
The main focus of the Career Development Cell (CDC) of Anupama College of Management and Science is to provide students with insights and guidance regarding various career paths and prepare students well for their Placements and Internship recruitment process.CDC helps train and guide students with a wide range of events, like ‘Workshops, Mock Tests and Interviews In the previous year, the CDC conducted two sessions of mock tests, interviews. These sessions provided the students with rounds of mock HR and Technical interviews, a Group Discussion practice, all followed by individual comprehensive performance analysis reports. CDC also offered resume review services and a placement preparation toolkit to student’s post these sessions by collaborating with industrial experts.
